Directly across the street from The Limit (home of the epic “Big Mike” burger) is Fairway Lanes bowling alley, where the pro shop-adjacent snack bar has evolved into a full bar and grill with a surprisingly impressive menu.
I ordered The Shop Burger, a thick, juicy, grilled-to-perfection beef patty, topped with two slices of pepper jack cheese, crispy bacon, fried jalapeño and onion rings, tomato, iceberg lettuce, dill pickle, and tangy campfire sauce, all balanced atop a sturdy, golden toasted bun.
